I am a licensed therapist who specializes in women’s mental health.

I offer compassionate, client-centered therapy for women navigating anxiety, life transitions, perimenopause/menopause, spiritual or narcissistic abuse, and relationship challenges. I also work with women therapists and other healing professions. After years of giving to everyone else, this is your time to turn inward. My approach blends talk therapy, mindfulness, movement, parts work, and creative tools like sand tray therapy and oracle cards to encourage healing and self-discovery. I utilize methods from attachment theory, Jungian, Contemplative and Somatic Psychology. Together, we’ll explore not only what’s happening in your mind but also how it lives in your body and story.
