About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and relationships. My work centers on helping people navigate stress, anxiety, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and the complexities of self-esteem and identity.
I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, teens, young adults, and older adults. My areas of focus include communication challenges, social anxiety, isolation, attachment patterns, and life transitions such as divorce, pregnancy, and major life changes. I am happy to work with individuals exploring sexuality, gender identity, and alternative relationship structures.
Some areas of interest include women's issues, postpartum experiences, family-of-origin work, adoption and foster care concerns, aging, and navigating narcissistic dynamics. I bring particular sensitivity to control issues, isolation, and the unique challenges that arise across different life stages.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in understanding how your personal history, values, and identity shape your current experiences. I create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change and deeper self-understanding. I'm honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
