About me
I am a clinical psychologist with a background in public health who is dedicated to helping adults cope with wide range of mental health and physical health challenges. I have experience in hospital and outpatient settings, as well as in mental health research.
I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University at Albany, and my master of public health degree from Yale University. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on the relationships among emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns. I am passionate about tailoring evidence-based interventions to each client’s unique circumstances and characteristics. My goal is to empower adults across the lifespan to lead more fulfilling lives while coping with stress, anxiety, depression, or medical conditions.
