Welcome to a new adventure... Our adventures in life do not always go according to plan or as we hope. Often at times we are left at a crossroads of "What do I do next?" Other times we are left feeling that something is missing or that we are stuck, unable to move in any direction or make any decisions. Counseling Solutions, LLC was founded on the desire to help you get unstuck, find your next steps, or missing pieces that have brought you on your search for support in your adventures.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you may address your struggles, emotions, and relationships which are affecting your life. I will help you set short-term goals to reach long-term goals to continue in your life journey and adventures.
I have experience in several settings including residential, outpatient, and private practice with adults. I believe that everyone has a story and that not all stories are happy.
