About me

Trauma-informed psychotherapist helping adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and complex emotional experiences.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist providing online therapy for adults, couples, and families in New York, Massachusetts, and Maine.

My approach is warm, collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based trauma treatment. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, family conflict, and the lasting effects of trauma. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, creative, emotionally sensitive, or highly self-aware individuals who feel stuck in painful relational patterns, burnout, self-criticism, or chronic stress.

I integrate psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives with practical coping tools and trauma-focused approaches including EMDR, DBT-informed skills, and CBT techniques when helpful. In our work together, I aim to create a space that feels thoughtful, nonjudgmental, and emotionally honest — somewhere you can explore both immediate concerns and deeper patterns at your own pace.
I have experience working across outpatient therapy, child welfare, family systems, crisis intervention, and intensive trauma-focused treatment settings. My clinical background includes work with complex trauma, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, and high-stress caregiving systems.

Therapy with me is not about becoming a different person. It’s about understanding yourself more clearly, building flexibility in the places that feel stuck, and creating a life that feels more sustainable and connected.
