I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping my clients develop coping skills and work through challenges.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twelve years of experience working across mental health, child welfare, and behavioral health settings — and honestly, this work has been the thread that ties my whole career together. I currently provide therapy to adolescents, adults, and families, where I get to walk alongside my clients as they process difficult experiences, and rediscover their sense of self-worth.
My approach is eclectic by design — I draw from a wide range of modalities including Trauma-Informed Care, mindfulness, psychoeducation, relational therapy, strength-based therapy, and positive psychology. I believe no single framework fits every person, and I work collaboratively with each client to find what resonates and what works for them.
I work from a place of genuine warmth and curiosity. Whether we're working through past trauma, navigating difficult family dynamics, or supporting my clients through a turbulent time, my goal is for every client to feel truly seen and understood — and to leave our work together with more tools than they came in with.
