About me
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping my clients develop coping skills and work through challenges.
If you're a diagnosed autistic or ADHD teen, young adult, or adult, or wondering if you might be, and you're ready for a space where you can finally show up as your whole self, I'd be glad to walk alongside you. As a neurodivergent adult myself, I bring both personal and clinical understanding to this work. I also bring over a decade of experience supporting survivors of trauma, domestic violence, and child abuse, work that has deeply shaped how I understand safety, identity, and healing. Together, we'll make sense of a lifetime of masking, misdiagnosis, and feeling fundamentally 'off.
My approach is eclectic and neurodiversity-affirming, drawing from CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, relational and strength-based therapy, and positive psychology, adapted to how your brain actually works rather than asking you to fit a mold. No single framework fits everyone, so we collaborate to find what resonates for you.
I work from a place of genuine warmth and curiosity. Whether we're untangling a new diagnosis, processing past trauma, or navigating relationships and family dynamics, my goal is for every client to feel truly seen, often for the first time, and to leave our work together with more self-understanding and more tools than they came in with.
