About me
I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker, who is committed to helping people learn how to cope with grief and loss, aging, life transitions, anxiety and depression.
My work focuses on building rapport and connection with each client to process life stressors through a strengths based and trauma informed coping skills.
In session, I practice IFS "parts" work, cognitive and behavioral therapies, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Using these and other models and coping skills I use those to address concerns of pet grief, disordered eating , aging, life transitions, and anxiety and depression.
