My team and I specialize in neurodivergent individuals and couples who are unique and fun and quirky but are stuck and hiding because the world has told them and shown them that being yourself doesn't work.

At EM Psychotherapy, I offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and ADHD-informed therapy in Menlo Park and online across California. I work with thoughtful, high-achieving, sensitive, creative, and neurodivergent clients who may look capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck inside.

Therapy with me is not about fixing what is broken. It is about creating enough steadiness and curiosity to understand what you have been carrying, how you learned to survive, and what might help you feel more fully alive now. Together, we slow things down enough to notice the patterns beneath the surface, then begin building ways of living and relating that feel more honest, compassionate, and sustainable.
