About me
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who is dedicated to helping you learn how to rebuild healthy relationships.
Are you feeling unheard, disconnected, or alone in your relationship - even when you’re together? Maybe it feels like you're stuck in the same arguments or you sense the closeness you once had slipping away. Has the spark that brought you together faded into distance, frustration, or loneliness?
You don’t have to face these painful cycles alone. I work with couples and individuals using Emotionally Focused Therapy, an approach that helps you understand the deeper emotions and attachment needs driving conflict and disconnection. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can express your feelings, truly hear one another, and strengthen the emotional bond you both long for.
In our work, you’ll learn how to recognize and break negative patterns, communicate in new ways, and respond to each other with empathy and care. Whether you’re rebuilding trust, deepening intimacy, or healing old wounds, I'll guide you in creating a more secure, loving connection-within your relationship and yourself.
