About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and addiction, as well as major life transitions and their emotional aftermath.
My practice encompasses a wide range of concerns, including panic disorder, PTSD, grief, divorce, body image struggles, mood disorders, financial stress, and relationship dynamics. I also specialize in supporting women's and men's issues, postpartum depression, sexual assault recovery, gender dysphoria, eating concerns, and family-of-origin work. I have particular experience working with first responders and individuals facing life-altering circumstances.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and deep respect for each person's unique story. I work with clients across the lifespan and welcome individuals with diverse perspectives and backgrounds. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where your voice and experiences guide our work together.
I'm honored by the trust my clients place in me, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you move toward meaningful change.
