About me
With over 15 years of experience as a clinician, I provide a supportive and evidence-based approach to therapy for adults.
I recognize that many different circumstances bring someone to therapy, and there’s no one single intervention that works for each person. With that in mind, I value understanding each person‘s history and collaboratively developing a “road map” for meaningful change.
Holding a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas, I have treated a variety of mental health conditions and assisted clients with complex life changes and “seasons”. My approach integrates psychoeducation, skill-building, and validation to empower clients with practical tools for growth.
Whether you’re facing emotional struggles, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where healing and progress can occur.
