About me
I have over 25 years of experience in Mental Health Therapy. I focus on working with parents, individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD.
I am on-line only so you can do therapy on your time without having to go to an office. I have a flexible schedule and meet you where you are at in therapy. My expertise is helping parents navigating the stressors of parenting your own children, foster children, or adoptive children. I have worked with a variety of individuals who have had severe trauma history, and I am trained in EMDR. If you are ready to deal with your past so you can move forward, I am here for you.
