About me
I specialize in somatic therapy for youth, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, and trauma-related symptoms. With advanced training in nervous system physiology and somatic psychology, I integrate breathwork, movement, and present-moment awareness to help clients process stored stress, complete interrupted stress cycles, and restore a sense of safety and connection in the body.
As a trauma-informed somatic therapist and certified somatic breathwork practitioner, I help individuals reconnect with their bodies and reclaim a sense of safety, presence, and internal steadiness.
My work is rooted in nervous system care and grounded in the belief that true healing begins in the body—through sensation, movement, and breath.
Using an integrative, body-first approach, I support clients in processing unresolved stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm in ways that traditional talk therapy alone may not access. Each session weaves together somatic psychology, breathwork, mindful movement, sound, and present-moment awareness to help restore coherence, resilience, and felt connection.
I work with youth, teens, and adults navigating chronic stress, anxiety, trauma responses, or a persistent disconnection from self. In every session, I offer a safe, compassionate space to release what the body has been holding—and to build trust in its innate wisdom.
