About me
I have over 20 years in the therapy field and have created a group practice that offers affordable, compassionate and evidence based therapy. I specialize in emotional regulation with anger and anxiety, couples, military lifestyle.
I am proud to share the Real Solutions Therapy team of Associate and Intern Therapists. This assembly of professionals combines interests including cultural diversity, polyamorous and alternative relationships, sex therapy, child and adolescent issues, complex trauma, military lifestyle, eating disorders, OCD, parenting, management of anger, anxiety and marital/premarital counseling. Our Associates and Interns are committed to providing affordable therapy by offering rates ranging from $30-$90 for individual and couples/family counseling. We are accepting new clients with therapist availability in early morning, late evening and a few weekend slots.
