About me
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist whose focus is on meeting the needs of children and adults who have experienced trauma and other difficulties.
I an Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). Healing begins with the understanding that you are not broken, but shaped by life’s experiences. Every part of you—and every experience—contributes to your inner mosaic. With care and intention, that mosaic can become a source of strength and meaning. You deserve to be heard and met with compassion and support, and to have the opportunity not just to heal, but to thrive.
I have worked with clients in various settings, supporting children, teens, and adults through trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times. With compassion and care, I help clients build resilience, develop a sense of safety, and move toward a life that feels more connected, hopeful, and whole.
My goal is to walk alongside you in your healing journey—helping you reconnect with your strengths and create a life that reflects resilience and hope. Even the most painful parts of your story can become integrated into something meaningful and whole. When you feel ready to begin, I am here to support you or your child.
