About me
I am a licensed therapist specializing in trauma, stress-related concerns, and emotional overwhelm in adults. I work with individuals who feel stuck in survival mode—whether due to past experiences, ongoing life stressors, or major transitions—and help them build greater clarity, resilience, and emotional regulation. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support real, sustainable change.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported—without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.” Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed internally. Others are navigating the lasting impact of trauma, chronic stress, or difficult life experiences that continue to show up in their day-to-day lives.
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in evidence-based approaches, including modalities that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and skill-building. I focus on helping clients understand their patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with a sense of safety and control in their lives.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your experiences, and my role is to offer guidance, tools, and support tailored to your goals and needs. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, processing past trauma, or working toward personal growth, I aim to meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you
