About me

I am a certified ADHD specialist and trauma clinician helping women, couples, and professionals navigate ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges with clarity and lasting change.

I work with women, couples, and professionals across Eau Claire and throughout Wisconsin who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—often while maintaining a high level of functioning in their careers and daily lives. Many of my clients come to therapy for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or ADHD, especially when things “look fine” on the outside but feel unsustainable internally.
I have particular expertise in working with women and professionals with ADHD, including those who are undiagnosed or exploring a diagnosis later in life. Common concerns include chronic overwhelm, burnout, emotional dysregulation, difficulty with focus or follow-through, and feeling like you’re constantly falling behind despite working hard. Therapy can help you better understand how ADHD presents for you and develop strategies that actually fit your brain and lifestyle.
As a Certified ADHD Specialist and Certified Trauma Clinician, my approach is integrative and evidence-based. I draw from CBT, trauma-informed therapy, somatic approaches, and insight-oriented work to address both the root causes and the present-day patterns that keep you feeling stuck. This includes work around high-functioning anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the long-term impact of unresolved trauma.
For couples, I help partners move out of reactive cycles—like repeated arguments, miscommunication, or emotional distance—and into more secure, collaborative ways of relating. Whether you’re dealing with the impact of ADHD in your relationship, trust issues, or ongoing conflict, we focus on building communication skills, increasing understanding, and creating lasting change.
My style is warm, direct, and highly collaborative. I will meet you with empathy, but also help you challenge patterns that are no longer serving you. Clients often come to me looking for deeper insight—not just coping skills—and leave with both a clearer understanding of themselves and practical tools they can apply in daily life.
I am a strong fit for clients who are motivated for change, open to self-reflection, and looking for a more intentional, in-depth therapy experience. If you’re ready to move beyond survival mode and create more clarity, balance, and connection in your life or relationship, this work can support that process.
