Searching for a therapist is a great first step and I commend you for it. If this is your first time doing therapy this is what to expect. We will meet on a weekly basis for 30 to 45 minutes. Therapy provides you with a safe space to work on the best version of yourself. We will create goals for treatment to keep us on track and evaluate your progress overtime. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, and daily life stressors.
