Eliza Revell

I’m a qualified MSW Social Worker from Australia with clinical and forensic experience, including provision of therapy in adult and youth correctional facilities. I’ve supported clients from all walks of life, and I bring a steady, non reactive presence to therapy - nothing surprises or shocks me, and you will be met with openness, respect, and genuine care.

My practice includes supporting addiction, relationship challenges, anger and violence, emotional regulation, self esteem, confidence, career stress, and major life transitions. I also work with teens and young people navigating identity, relationships, and change. I have a strong background in supporting professionals experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue, and I provide clinical supervision for social workers seeking reflective, ethical practice.

My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. You bring your lived experience; I bring clinical tools, reflective strategies, and a commitment to helping you reconnect with your strengths. Together, we work toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. I see you as an active part of the therapeutic process and will be guided by your needs, comfortability and goals.

Outside of my profession I value fitness, nature and movement as important parts of my own life. They help me stay grounded and regulated - qualities I bring into the therapy space.

My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully so you can live a meaningful life shaped by your own values.

I offer client sessions 7 days a week and you can select a suitable time from my schedule. However, if your preferred time is not visible on my schedule, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you.
