About me
Hello everyone! My name is Eliza and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate serving individuals and couples navigating trauma and complex trauma, high functioning anxiety, newly diagnosed or suspected neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD), and relationship strain/distress.
I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring their values, beliefs, and experiences. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and multicultural competence. I recognize that every person’s experiences and needs are unique, and I value learning from my clients to better understand their perspectives and provide meaningful, personalized support. I specialize in helping my clients work through past experiences and create space for what comes next, set and maintain boundaries, deepen self-awareness, navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful changes that feel aligned with who they are.
