About me
Many of the individuals and couples I work with appear to be managing life well on the surface, yet privately feel overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand the patterns behind these experiences, and begin making meaningful changes.
I provide virtual therapy for adults across Wisconsin and work with concerns including anxiety, trauma, health/wellness, relationship conflict, life transitions, and depression. I also support individuals navigating pregnancy and postpartum adjustment. I am also a certified personal trainer with nine years of experience.
