I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult moments. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and concerns related to self-esteem.

My practice focuses on helping clients cultivate self-compassion, strengthen communication skills, and work through feelings of isolation and loneliness. I have experience supporting individuals facing social anxiety, guilt and shame, control-related concerns, and the challenges of divorce and separation. I also work with clients experiencing mood-related difficulties, impulsivity, and obsessive or repetitive thought patterns.

I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults as they explore questions of identity and purpose and navigate the transitions that accompany this stage of life. My approach begins with understanding your unique values, beliefs, and experiences. I strive to create a therapeutic space in which your perspective and worldview are respected and honored.

I believe meaningful change grows from genuine connection, honest dialogue, and collaboration. My role is to listen with care, ask thoughtful questions, and, when helpful, gently challenge patterns of thinking that may be keeping you stuck. Rather than telling you who to be or what choices to make, I aim to help you develop greater insight and identify a path forward that feels authentic to you. Ultimately, my goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and inner peace. It would be an honor to support you on your healing journey.
