About me
I am a marriage and family therapist as well as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor. I help people navigate relational difficulties and address substance use problems.
If you are seeking couples counseling or substance use counseling, you are in the right place! My therapy style is structured and goal-oriented. You will leave our sessions feeling like you got something out of it- whether that's a new insight, new skill, or more clarity. I use emotionally-focused therapy as the structure for working with couples and solution/action-focused therapy as the structure for substance use.
