About me
I am a limited-license clinical social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, and trauma issues. I also work with couples seeking more connection and shared meaning in their relationships.
Have you experienced difficult, traumatic, or painful circumstances in your life? Are you struggling to cope with fatigue, anger, sadness, worry, or overwhelm? I can help you process what has happened, explore your values, and learn to move toward the direction in which you want your life to go. I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, moral injury, stress, chronic pain, relationship issues, addiction, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. The good news is that there is hope for healing in all of these areas.
I specialize in working with adults whose sense of self has been damaged by witnessing, experiencing, or committing an act that violates their beliefs or sense of right and wrong - sometimes called “moral injury.” This can result in feelings like shame, guilt, disgust, or sorrow and can lead to profound disconnection from those around you.
All of us can use an outside perspective at times - and a mental health professional is trained to help identify and address problems that can cause pain in your life. Don't hesitate to reach out for a free 15 minute intro call to learn more. I look forward to working with you!
