About me

I am working with Hartswick Counseling to provide culturally responsive and accessible care in Pennsylvania by assisting individuals navigate addiction recovery, life transitions, managing trauma responses and supporting first-generation children of immigrant parents explore identity and cultural pressures.

I obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Commonwealth University–Lock Haven in December 2025 and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Stockton University . I have experience providing counseling in both outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as offering case management support.

My experience is primarily with adults and adolescents navigating substance use and behavioral addictions, trauma, and major life transitions. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting first-generation children of immigrant parents as they explore identity, cultural expectations, and the pressures that often come with balancing multiple worlds. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I take an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from solution-focused, psychodynamic, and narrative modalities to support clients in identifying strengths, gaining insight, and moving toward meaningful and sustainable change.
