About me
Life can feel overwhelming—whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional wounds, ADHD, or heartbreak from grief and loss. It’s easy to feel stuck or uncertain about where to turn. If you’re looking for support, I’d be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.

And, if your Catholic/Christian faith is important to you, I also provide faith-based therapy for those interested.
