About me
I provide a non-judgmental space to process and move forward for individual adults coping with relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.
My focus is working with adults and adolescents who have a history of domestic abuse, child abuse and sexual assault, and I utilize trauma processing interventions such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems and written exposure therapy, along with psychoeducation about the nervous system and how to utilize self-care. My main therapeutic style is person-centered, meaning that I take an approach of being an advocate for you and assisting you while creating a non-judgmental space in which you will receive empathy and unconditional positive regard. I also work with individuals managing other life challenges such as depression and anxiety, OCD, relationship difficulties, challenges related to neurodivergence, and challenges that members of the LGBTQ+ community face.
