About me
Hi, I’m Elena.
Starting therapy takes courage—and if you’re even considering it, I already see that bravery in you. I know that not everyone has had a positive experience with therapy, and finding the right fit matters. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and to walk alongside you with honesty, warmth, and curiosity.
I show up as a real human in the therapy room—someone deeply interested in your story and committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and understood. I believe you are the expert on your life. My role is to help you explore patterns, make sense of your emotions, and develop tools that support the life and relationships you want.
My work is trauma-informed and relational, and I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families who want to better understand themselves within their relationships. Many of the people I work with are navigating communication challenges, recurring relationship patterns, life transitions, or the impact of past experiences on present connections. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and build healthier ways of relating.
I approach this work from a sex-positive and non-judgmental perspective, creating space for open conversations about relationships, intimacy, sexuality, and personal values. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client. I draw from EMDR, parts work (Internal Family Systems–informed), and relational models including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for couples. I also incorporate creative and experiential techniques when helpful, because healing doesn’t always happen through conversation alone.
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to find approaches that truly fit who you are and what you need.
You don’t have to do this alone—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in the process.
