I’m a licensed mental health counselor specializing in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and perinatal mental health through evidence-based, compassionate care.

As a licensed mental health counselor, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate some of life’s most overwhelming challenges with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based support. I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and perinatal mental health — including postpartum OCD and intrusive thoughts — with a strong foundation in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals who appear composed on the outside but feel consumed by anxiety, perfectionism, or distressing thought patterns. I offer a space where we can untangle these experiences together and build a path forward that feels grounded and empowering. I also work closely with new and expectant mothers navigating the emotional intensity of the postpartum period, offering specialized care for those struggling with scary thoughts, guilt, or the pressure to “feel better” when things don’t feel okay.
