With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the field, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice, focusing on individual therapy, couples counseling and family therapy. I am a holistic clinician, and I work from a depth-oriented approach. I assist clients in understanding their feelings and experiences, and teach them effective ways to cope with life's challenges. My goal is to create a supportive atmosphere where clients feel empowered to take control of their lives and make positive changes.
