About me
I am a licensed therapist working with adults to support them through life stresses and transitions.
I bring a compassionate and mindfulness-based approach to support clients in creating a new experience of themselves whether they are navigating life transitions or struggling with anxiety, depression, stress or loss. I view healing from a holistic perspective and draw on a variety of practices and orientations to meet my clients where they are. This includes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Dialectal Behavior Therapy. I also enjoy bringing in playful and experiential practices to help shift clients out of their head and into more present ways of connecting with their authentic selves.
With a background in grief work, I especially enjoy supporting clients in the heart-full work around various life losses. This can include the end of a relationship, a physical death, or pregnancy and newborn loss. In addition, I work with individuals evaluating whether to end their relationship, and I find special meaning in helping couples who are seeking a conscious and healthy closure to the end of a committed partnership.
Whether you are new to therapy or looking to try a different approach, consider calling me for a free 20-minute consultation to explore if we could be a good fit.
