About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist and I primarily work with women in midlife and beyond. This stage of life often brings a lot at once--major transitions, the quiet weight of anxiety and codependency, grief and loss, depression, stress management or the feeling of being stuck. I provide telehealth services to women throughout California.
I provide expert care with a personal touch. My approach is practical and collaborative, focusing on the tools you need to feel more like yourself again. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard and supported, often for the first time. We'll focus on what is happening in your life right now and build a path toward a more fulfilling next chapter.
