About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting women, mothers, and couples through anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, grief and loss, and trauma. I have a particular passion for working with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, infertility, and the emotional adjustments that can come with these experiences.
My therapy style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients can be honest about what they are experiencing without fear of judgment. I also believe therapy should provide practical tools and meaningful insight that clients can use outside of sessions.
My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I tailor treatment to each client's individual needs, strengths, experiences, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, struggling in your relationships, processing a loss, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, you do not have to work through it alone. I look forward to supporting you as you work toward the changes that matter to you.
