About me

Write a brief introduction statement that will appear as a headline above your About Me section. For example, I am an experienced child psychologist who is dedicated to helping children cope with anxiety, depression, and anger.

I am a psychotherapist, holistic health practitioner, veteran, and the founder of Centered Being Holistic Counseling. My passion is creating a space where individuals, couples, and families feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work through life’s challenges. I believe healing is most meaningful when we care for the whole person, mind, body, and emotional well being, while also honoring each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals.

At Centered Being Holistic Counseling, I am proud to lead a practice with amazing clinicians who bring a wide range of specialties, experiences, and clinical niches. This allows us to thoughtfully support clients with diverse needs and connect them with care that feels aligned, personalized, and effective. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, our goal is to provide compassionate, high quality care that helps them move toward healing and lasting growth.

My approach is warm, grounded, and person centered. I value authenticity, trust, and creating an environment where clients feel safe enough to do meaningful work. As a veteran and helping professional, I also understand the importance of resilience, structure, and having support that is both compassionate and practical. I am committed to helping clients and clinicians alike feel more centered, more confident, and more connected to the life they want to build.
