About me
I've worked with a diverse clientele in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, child welfare, adolescents, healthcare, rural and urban, inpatient and outpatient, dual diagnoses, LGBTQIA, and community mental health, with myriad presenting concerns and interests. I've learned through my collective experience to take a focused, evidence-based approach with my clients in which we focus on a singular goal. Using a combination of techniques rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Empowerment Theory, over the course of up to 12 sessions per goal, you’ll learn how to live in the Here & NOW and practice behavioral skills focused on your values.
