As a counselor, I utilize an array of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist my clients in achieving their goals. My training and experience include: play therapy, hypnotherapy, the counting method, progressive counting, CBT, the downward arrow technique, and ERP. Additionally, I am an expert Sandtray therapist, Level 2 EMDR trained, and a Somatic Experience Practitioner in training. I am a compassionate psychotherapist who provides high-quality, competent, and direct services in English and Spanish.
