About me
My approach is integrative and collaborative. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I do not believe in forcing people into rigid boxes. Together, we co-create a space where your goals, values, and lived experiences guide the work.
Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional support, stronger boundaries, renewed confidence, or a deeper sense of purpose, therapy can be a place where transformation begins.
support individuals navigating life’s transitions—whether that means marriage, divorce, retirement, relocation, empty nesting, menopause, or simply the quiet realization that life is asking for something new.
My practice is rooted in culturally responsive, client-centered care that honors the full complexity of who you are—not just the labels others may place on you. I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported without judgment.
While I work with individuals from all walks of life, I have a special passion for supporting women of color, particularly those 55 and older, who are redefining themselves in powerful new seasons of life.
You do not have to navigate change alone.
Together, we will work toward the life you are seeking—personally, professionally, and spiritually.
