As an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to helping couples and families reconnect through emotionally focused, trauma-informed care for communication challenges, emotional disconnection, and substance use recovery. I believe that healthy relationships are rooted in secure attachment, emotional safety, and the ability to truly see and hear one another—even during life’s most difficult moments.

My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy-informed work, where I help individuals, couples, and families better understand the emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck, disconnected, or misunderstood. Together, we work to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and cultivate healthier ways of responding to conflict, pain, and vulnerability.

I strongly believe that healing begins when people learn how to hold emotionally safe space for one another. When relationships feel emotionally secure, families and couples are able to grow deeper in connection, resilience, and understanding. Whether navigating relationship distress, substance use challenges, family conflict, or emotional barriers, my goal is to create a compassionate and supportive environment where healing and growth can take place.
