About me
I am a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) with over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Devoted to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care, I draw on extensive training and clinical expertise to foster healing and resilience in every client.
When you engage in therapy with me, you can expect a supportive and empowering experience designed to help you gain meaningful insights and develop effective coping strategies for managing emotions and stress. Together, we will work to heal past wounds, strengthen your mental health, and enhance your overall well-being. My commitment is to walk alongside you as you grow into the most authentic and fulfilled version of yourself.
Your therapeutic journey will begin with a comprehensive assessment to gain a clear understanding of your unique experiences, needs, and goals. From there, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your circumstances, drawing upon evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Grief Therapy. This collaborative and individualized approach ensures that your care is both effective and relevant to your life.
Recognizing the demands of work, family, and daily responsibilities, I offer afternoon and evening appointments to make therapy as accessible and convenient as possible. I am currently accepting new clients and social work supervisees. Take the first step toward a healthier, more balanced life—schedule your appointment today and begin your path to healing and growth.
