Hello, I am a doctoral level psychotherapist who has been in private practice in the Milwaukee, WI are for many years. As a licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focusing on creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Drawing on decades of training and practice, I tailor treatment to meet your unique needs, combining proven therapeutic methods with the wisdom gained from years of working closely with clients. My goal is to help you to understand yourself better, find symptom relief, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

My therapeutic approach aims to help you understand your issues, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the process. There are many different approaches that are out there but I have much success with the cognitive behavioral techniques that I have been working with for many years. I have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and extensive hours of instruction and supervision, I have been well trained in working with the different diagnoses that may present themselves in psychotherapy.
