About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience helping adults, youth and families cope with anxiety, chronic illnesses, depression, grief, life transitions, mood disorders and cognitive and neurocognitive disorders.
I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety or depression related to relationships or family. I often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your initial session, we'll explore your reason for seeking therapy and decide on the best way to help you move forward. We will focus on finding a solution rather than dwelling on the past using a collaborative effort to modify behavior and thinking patterns to improve your mood and quality of life. I offer Telehealth therapy sessions, available most evenings, accept insurance and private pay using most cash apps platforms.
