About me
I am an experienced psychologist dedicated to helping children, teens, adults and families cope with anxiety, depression, and many other emotional life challenges. Gaining insight and learning about more effective strategies in today's society to assist with stress reduction rather than becoming absorbed into social media, excessive gaming, and other addictive behaviors and time wasting endeavors.
With over 20 years of specialised experience, I am a clinical forensic psychologist dedicated to helping children, teenagers, adults, and families overcome some of life’s most challenging issues. I provide individual and group therapy in a safe, non-judgmental environment, blending clinical expertise with forensic insight.
I specialise in:
Addiction (substance use, gaming, sexual, internet & social media)
Sexual behaviour problems, offending, and victimisation
Trauma and abuse (physical, emotional, sexual)
Anxiety, depression, low confidence, and lack of motivation
Family conflict and parenting challenges, at risk behavior.
My primary approach is Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), a proven, practical method that helps clients quickly identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns, build emotional resilience, and take control of their lives.
Whether you are seeking help for yourself, your child, or your family — I am here to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that leads to real and lasting change.
