About me
Are you dealing with anxiety/burnout, depression, sleep issues, trauma, or acculturation / immigration-related stress? You don’t have to deal with these challenges alone. I am a Clinical Psychologist serving clients across Idaho, including Boise, Meridian, Caldwell, Nampa, Twin Falls, and Idaho Falls.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I have specialty in helping people effectively address these concerns, gain a better understanding of self and relationships, and build practical tools for meaningful change. My approach emphasizes creating a safe and non-judgmental space where people feel genuinely heard.
Our work together will focus on fostering self-compassion, uncovering unhelpful patterns, and developing more adaptive ways of thinking and responding.
