About me
I am a psychologist dedicated to helping individuals and couples thrive through evidence-based therapy. I specialize in helping clients work through relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and ADHD. I work with a diverse range of clients, and have expertise in working with perinatal clients, mom's, parents, and neurodivergent individuals and couples.
I value each client’s background and use an authentic and collaborative approach in therapy. I provide a space for clients to explore and process their experiences and help them develop skills to navigate challenges and create lasting change.
My approach is rooted in multicultural theories, and I use the Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, DBT, and relational self-awareness.
My goal is always to ensure therapy is helpful for you. I am very flexible in terms of my approach to therapy and tailor our sessions based on your goals and needs. Whether you are looking for more structure and skill-building or more space to process and explore, we can work together to make sure your unique needs are met.
