About me
I am an experienced, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate trauma, anxiety, adjustment challenges, and mental health diagnoses.
My ideal clients are those who carry heavy stories in their hearts—whether they are helping professionals like healthcare providers or social workers who feel worn down by burnout, compassion fatigue, or secondary trauma, or individuals who have personally experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect.
This also includes children and adolescents who may feel unseen, unheard, or stuck in pain they don’t yet have words for, as well as parents or caregivers struggling to support them while managing their own wounds.
Often, my clients feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They may be longing for safety, hope, and a way
