About me
Hello, I'm Dr. Natalia. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Virginia and my practice focuses exclusively on helping young adult women (ages 18-35) thrive and learn to cope with anxiety.
I graduated with a Doctorate of Social Welfare (DSW) from Yeshiva University and with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from CUNY Lehman College . I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York and Virginia. I have been practicing social work for over 12 years. I am a Latina, God-fearing woman, who values family and a tight-knit friend group that brings joy to my life.
I offer an eclectic approach to therapy treating anxiety and women's issues utilizing coping skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered therapy, and body-based self-regulation techniques to name a few.
This is your life, your decision to make it better, and you can be empowered to live it at your best. If you’re ready for that empowerment or even considering it , I am here to help!
