He is a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a dual Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in the state of Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming. He primarily focuses on medication management for all psychiatric disorders, including schedule 2 ADHD medications.

Dr. Duke has nearly 31 years of medical experience beginning as a combat medic in the military and then as a paramedic in the "civilian" world. He completed his Masters in Business Administration in Accounting & Finance in 2007 and his Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology from San Angelo State University in 2018. He completed his Bachelor in Science in Nursing in 2018 and his Masters in Science in Nurse in 2022. He has worked as a police officer for almost 10 years with specialties as a Mental Health Peace Officer and investigative hypnosis. He has been in a flourishing private practice for the past two years helping people from all walks of life develop a better outlook on life.
