I am a clinical health psychologist who treats ages 5-100 and specializes in individual, family and couples therapy, integrating CBT, DBT, Family Systems Therapy, and somatic-based approaches. With over a decade of meditation and pranayama practice, i view healing as a multi-layered process—mental, emotional, and physical.
I am trained in EMDR, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration, offering holistic and trauma-informed care.
I help clients release stored trauma, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate emotional resilience.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, elders, individuals, couples, and families experiencing loneliness, burnout, depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, ADHD/ADD, trauma, nightmares, sexual dysfunction, neurodivergence, flashblacks, career, sleep, narcissism, relationships, separation/divorce, insomnia, substance abuse, addictions, perfectionism, body image, gaslighting, codependency, loss of meaning/purpose/direction, physical/sexual/emotional abuse, neurodivergence, LBGTQ+ affirming, low self-esteem, attachment, spirituality, communication and negative thought patterns. I work with couples using the gottman approach to rebuild their connection. I use a client- centered, nonjudgmental, compassionate, and direct approach to create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey. Together, I will work with you to address the root causes of your challenges. I use DBT, ACT, CBT, IFS, EMDR, exstitential, narrative, mindfulness based approaches, and a feminist psychology, gottman, and positive psychology approaches while incorporating multicultural frameworks. Clients describe me as easy to talk to, accepting, pragmatic, inspirational and wise with a good sense of humor. I have immediate openings, offers day, evening, and weekend appointments, and offers in person sessions in Elm Grove and Shorewood as well as telehealth.
I currently accepts United Healthcare, UMR, UBH, medicaid, medicare, Anthem bc/bs, Quartz, CCHP, Humana, Aetna, Badgercare, forward health, Molina, Chorus, MHS, Network Health, Health Partners, WPS, Group Health Cooperative, wire health, HPS, MHS, Anthem bc/bs, health advocate, Alliance, Trilogy, IPN, caresolace, common ground, Compsych, caresource, and CCA. I can provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement purposes. I offer a 50% discount of his standard charge per session is $125.
