About me
Burnout is a thief of many things: your zest, your why, and any semblance of peace. In many cases it also affects our physical health, our ability to enjoy anything at all. This is because the systems we’re trying to function within are often dysfunctional. They can become incubators of burnout and indisposition.
To survive, and thrive it requires strategic action—and lots of creative work-arounds.
My life’s work has been devoted to supporting positive behavioral change.
Lee is the author of RESET: Make the Most of Your Stress, winner of the Next Generation Indie Book Awards Motivational Book of 2015, best-selling Mentalligence: A New Psychology of Thinking-Learn What it Takes to be More Agile, Mindful and Connected in Today’s World and Worth the Risk: Learn to Microdose Bravery to Grow Resilience, Connect More, and Offer Yourself to the World, a 2022
I offer in-person sessions in a small, serene office space situated in a vibrant neighborhood. Virtual/hybrid appointments are also available. With two decades of clinical and academic expertise, I help adults at risk for or experiencing burnout reclaim their life. I'm licensed in both RI and MA and teach, write and speak extensively on how to use the science of resilience and behavioral change to prioritize and optimize well-being.
