About me
You feel stuck. As far as others know you are doing just fine, but inside you are bombarded by feelings of fear, shame, and sadness. Even though you are able to function enough to get by, you're exhausted by the thoughts about not getting it "right". Would it help to have a safe place to share your concerns, ideas and dreams? And when you are ready to move with courageous action, would it help to have someone by your side? What you want is to believe that you matter, that it’s possible to feel grounded and find joy in life. You need to feel safe to be yourself. It’s important to be able to take a break and ask yourself, “how am I doing?” Therapy is not only for folks who struggle with mental illness; it’s a fabulous place for navigating fulfillment in life and relationships, self-discovery, and self-care. Whether you want to address a concern or want to invest in yourself/your relationship, therapy is that place.
I am a clinical sexologist and psychotherapist serving Florida, offering a safe, nonjudgmental, and orientation-affirming space for personal transformation. Using evidence-based practices, I empower you to cultivate self-awareness and foster both personal and professional growth. I’m here to walk beside you as you embrace the courageous work of healing and self-discovery.
